Container

A container is a generic term for load carrier and transport equipment. They are usually made of plastic or metal such as a stillage. Containers have mostly dimensions based on the euro pallet so that a multiple of a container can be loaded and stacked onto the palett (e.g. outer dimensions 600×400 mm: thus four containers on the footprint of one euro pallet).
