Load handling device

A load handling device describes a technological medium that is responsible for picking up and delivering load carriers. Depending on the loading unit, a different LHD is used, e. g. lifting fork for pallets, vacuum gripper for crane systems or roller and chain conveyor for the usual utilization. Depending on the type, this operation is automated.
