A stillage is a load carrier with a steel frame construction. With its four feet, it allows to be picked up by forklift truck from all four sides, also known as “4-way loading equipment”. An empty stillage weighs 70 kg (if produced before 2011: 85 kg) and is used in standard storage locations, as its dimensions are standardized at 1240x835x970mm. Therefore, euro pallets are suitable for stacking on a stillage.
