Resources

Resources are means of labor which are necessary for the execution of a task. On the one hand, these include personnel, which must be coordinated in terms of capacity (e.g. vacation, sick days, etc.) and on the other hand, material resources. Those imply machines, vehicles, equipment, etc. The aim is to use resources efficiently and effectively with the help of resource management or ERP so that no fatal problems occur even in the event of breakdowns or high capacity utilization.
