Quota-based Allocation

In quota-based allocation, if the quantity of goods to be distributed does not correspond to the total order quantity of the customer/recipient, the goods contingent to be distributed is distributed to the recipients according to a key or set of rules. Depending on the set of rules, this can take place evenly or recipient specifically. The delivery quantity per recipient can be adjusted both upwards (surplus quantity) and downwards (shortfall quantity).
