Article

An article is the smallest unit of an assortment (often called good or item), which can be a product, a part or a sales unit. An article is distinguished from other articles by its number and description. If one talks about the scope or quantity of an assortment, one talks about “number of articles”, differently with article units where one uses the term “article quantity”.
