Area of activity

An area of activity groups storage locations for a particular activity, e.g. order picking, storage or stock-taking. In contrast to warehouse types or storage areas, storage locations are primarily grouped together by processes. In contrast to storage areas, different areas of activity can overlap depending on their respective activities.
